Salary: 50k- 60k based on exp

Based near Weybridge, Surrey

Hybrid- 3 days in office / 2 days WFH

Full-Time Permanent

A growing business is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to support financial performance, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for management accounts, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls, and business insight, working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, board packs, and KPI reporting.

• Deliver variance analysis and commercial insights.

• Manage forecasts, budgets, cash flow, and financial modelling.

• Monitor working capital, credit control, and cash performance.

• Support VAT returns, audits, and statutory reporting.

• Improve financial controls, reporting processes, and system efficiency.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities.

About You

Essential

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified.

• Experience producing management accounts.

• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling skills.

• Knowledge of audit and statutory reporting requirements.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Desirable

• Exposure to finance, CRM, and operational systems.

• Experience improving cash flow and working capital.

• Background within a growing or scaling business.
