Lending Operations Manager

Join Stewardship as our Lending Operations Manager and help churches and charities thrive by ensuring our lending portfolio runs smoothly from completion to redemption. You'll take operational ownership of loan completions, drawdowns, servicing, amendments and repayments; maintain accurate, audit-ready records; monitor covenants and insurance; and produce reliable portfolio and governance reporting.

Working closely with Relationship Managers, Legal and Finance, you'll also strengthen procedures, controls and systems to improve efficiency and the borrower experience. You'll bring experience in secured lending, commercial mortgages, loan servicing or a comparable lending environment, alongside strong attention to detail, confidence working with data and systems, and excellent stakeholder-management skills.
