    Job Description

    Overall purpose:

    The Learning, Talent & Management (L&TM) Lead will manage the delivery of learning, leadership and talent initiatives across the region, leading a team of learning professionals and ensuring development programmes are implemented effectively to support business and people priorities.

    Responsibilities/ Tasks:

    • Business Partnering & L&TM Planning

    • Act as the primary point of contact for L&TM activities within the region, working with business leaders to understand and support learning, leadership and talent development requirements.

    • Represent L&TM at regional leadership forums and key stakeholder meetings, providing insight and recommendations aligned to business objectives.

    • Act as the interface between regional leadership and the broader L&TM function, ensuring alignment with global priorities and effective navigation of the wider L&TM agenda.

    • Support implementation of the People and L&TM roadmap within the region, ensuring learning and talent initiatives are fit for purpose and effectively delivered.

    Programme Leadership & Delivery

    • Lead and programme manage the delivery of externally delivered programmes for example Management Essentials, Leadership Coaching and ILM.

    • Lead and programme manage internally delivered programmes for example Contract Management for UK audiences, ensuring quality, impact and alignment to business needs.

    • Provide practical learning support and development resources to address identified business needs.

    • Design and facilitate learning opportunities where appropriate, ensuring delivery supports agreed business outcomes and development priorities.

    Talent & Early Careers

    • Oversee and support Next Generation programmes, including Apprenticeship and Graduate pathways, ensuring positive participant experience and alignment with talent requirements.

    • Ensure delivery of Talent Management processes across the region, supporting succession planning, career development and organisational capability growth.

    Leadership & Team Management

    • Manage and support the UK Learning, Talent Management and Next Generation team.

    • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and customer focus across the team.

    • Lead by example and role model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

    Governance, Quality & Performance

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant accreditation, governance and quality standards across learning and talent programmes.

    • Prepare and share programme performance reports, metrics and key updates with stakeholders to support decision-making.

    • Monitor programme performance, analyse learning and talent data and in partnership with stakeholders identify opportunities for continuous improvement and/or to meet evolving business requirements and support organisational goals and future capability requirements.

    Stakeholder Management & Communication

    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, People teams and external partners to enable effective delivery of learning and talent initiatives

    • Partner with Communications teams to ensure employees are aware of learning and development opportunities, events and resources.

    • Manage relationships with external learning providers and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery and value for investment.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Essential:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    • Experience managing large-scale programmes with multiple stakeholders.

    • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

    • Excellent project and programme management skills.

    • Strong organisational and planning capability.

    • Experience analysing performance data and producing executive reports.

    • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operational leaders.

    • Strong budget management experience

    • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    Desirable

    • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

    • Experience managing and developing teams to deliver operational objectives and service outcomes.

    • Experience within Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering or Built Environment sectors.

    • Experience managing apprenticeship, graduate and early career programmes.
