Labor Relations Manager
Job Description
Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to lead union and non-union labor strategy in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will manage collective bargaining, oversee contract administration, resolve grievances, and advise leaders on labor law compliance and employee relations. Partner with plant and HR leaders to support safe, productive operations, drive consistent policies, and foster a collaborative workplace aligned with our values of integrity, inclusion, and performance. Responsibilities

Lead collective bargaining strategy and participate in union negotiations for manufacturing sites.

Administer labor agreements, ensuring consistent interpretation and application across facilities.

Advise leaders on labor law, union matters, and complex employee relations issues.

Manage grievance procedures, investigations, and dispute resolution to timely, fair outcomes.

Monitor workforce trends and labor metrics to anticipate and mitigate labor relations risks.

Develop and deliver training for supervisors on labor relations, contracts, and policy compliance.

Partner with HR and operations to support safe, productive, and inclusive work environments.

Collaborate with legal on contract language, arbitrations, and regulatory changes.

Support change initiatives, communications, and employee engagement efforts in union environments.

Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment regulations.
