Kitchen and Bath Design Sales Consultant

Kohler is seeking a Design Sales Consultant in Charleston to drive showroom and project-based sales of premium kitchen and bath solutions. You will provide high-touch design consultation, translating client needs into tailored product and space plans while upholding Kohler's standards of craftsmanship and gracious living. Partner with homeowners, designers, and builders to specify products, prepare detailed quotes, and guide orders through installation. Leverage design expertise, product knowledge, and CRM tools to build lasting relationships, achieve sales targets, and represent a global leader in design-forward manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Consult with residential and trade clients to understand design needs, budget, and project timelines

• Recommend Kohler kitchen and bath products, finishes, and configurations that align with client vision

• Develop space plans, product specifications, and detailed quotations

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through closing and post-sale follow-up

• Collaborate with designers, contractors, and showroom teams to ensure accurate ordering and installation support

• Maintain expert-level product knowledge on Kohler offerings, features, and design trends

• Use CRM and sales tools to track leads, pipeline, and performance metrics

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and margin targets

• Deliver premium in-showroom and on-site customer experiences consistent with the Kohler brand

• Participate in showroom events, trainings, and community outreach to build brand awareness Required Skills
