Jr. Franchise Compliance Auditor

SERVPRO seeks a Jr. Franchise Compliance Auditor II to evaluate franchise operations across our construction and restoration network. In this role, you'll conduct field and remote audits, review documentation, verify adherence to SERVPRO brand, safety, and quality standards, and assess compliance with franchise agreements and regulatory requirements. You'll prepare clear audit reports, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with franchise owners to improve operational performance. Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and remote audits of SERVPRO franchise locations to assess compliance with franchise agreements and brand standards.

• Review operational, financial, and safety documentation for accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Identify compliance gaps, risks, and process weaknesses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare clear, detailed audit reports and present findings to internal leadership and franchise owners.

• Follow up on remediation plans to ensure timely and effective resolution of audit findings.

• Collaborate with training and operations teams to support franchisees in implementing best practices.

• Monitor adherence to construction, restoration, and OSHA-related safety standards.

• Maintain accurate audit records and contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies.

• Travel to franchise locations as needed within the assigned territory.

• Support special projects and compliance initiatives across the SERVPRO franchise network.
