IT Support Associate

Sierra, a division of XYZ Tech Inc. in Chicago, IL, is hiring a Seasonal Part Time Associate to support our information technology and software operations. In this role, you'll assist with basic software configuration, data entry, QA testing support, and ticket triage while helping maintain accurate project documentation. You'll collaborate with developers and analysts, learn agile workflows, and use standard productivity and support tools. Responsibilities

• Support basic software configuration and setup tasks

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate project records

• Assist with QA testing and logging defects in tracking tools

• Triage and document simple support tickets for the IT team

• Collaborate with developers and analysts on project tasks

• Follow agile workflows and attend stand-ups as needed

• Use productivity tools to track progress and communicate status

• Adhere to data privacy and security guidelines

• Support documentation updates for processes and features

• Provide general operational support to IT and software teams Required Skills
