IT Support Analyst - Stamford

Location: Stamford Salary: £32-40k DOE

IT Support Analyst / IT Engineer with strong 2nd line IT support, Windows 11, Windows Server, Networking, O365, and Intune experience, is required by a leading company in Stamford.

Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is eager to be in a hands-on role. The role is full-time on site in Stamford, but also supporting some of the other offices across the Midlands

Key Skills required:

• Excellent 2nd line IT Support / Service Desk support experience

• Experience supporting Windows 11 and Office 365

• Experience with Windows Server 19 / 22

• Experience with Azure, Intune, Exchange, Hyper-V and Active Directory

• Good working knowledge of support on-prem and configuring hybrid infrastructure environments

• Strong networking experience (e.g., Patching, TCP/IP, Switches, VLANs, Firewalls, etc.)

• Full UK Drivers licence and own car - essential requirement Key roles and responsibilities:

• Provide 2 line IT Support to staff at all levels, with potential 3 line responsibilities.

• Diagnosis and resolution of IT concerns via remote and on-site methods.

• Deployment of desktop/server software and hardware solutions.

• Enhancement and maintenance of current infrastructure.

• Regular proactive upkeep of server and desktop systems.

• Thorough troubleshooting of user problems.

• Crafting comprehensive support materials.

• Contribution to the routine administration of IT systems.
