IT Service & Software Deployment Specialist

TD Synnex is seeking a Prep Desk Specialist to support software delivery operations for our innovative tech teams in San Francisco. In this role, you will coordinate and track incoming software requests, prepare environments, validate configurations, and ensure accurate documentation across projects. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and customer teams to prioritize tasks, monitor SLAs, and resolve issues. You will also help streamline workflows, maintain asset and license records, and support continuous improvement in a culture that values learning, diversity, and cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track prep desk requests for software and environment setup

• Prepare, configure, and validate software environments and assets

• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and tickets in tracking systems

• Collaborate with engineers, product, and support teams to prioritize work

• Monitor SLAs and follow up to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution

• Support license, asset, and configuration management processes

• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

• Assist with quality checks and basic troubleshooting of setup issues Required Skills
