IT Helpdesk Support Nuneaton Immediate Start Short Term Contract 17- 20ph Enhanced DBS
I'm recruiting for an onsite IT Helpdesk Support role within the education sector in Nuneaton on a short-term contract with an immediate start.
Rate: 17.00 - 20.00 per hour
Requirements:

Previous IT Helpdesk / 1st Line Support experience
-
Strong knowledge of Windows and Office 365
-
Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems

Active Directory experience desirable

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Education sector experience preferred
