Epic Travel Staffing is seeking an Interim healthcare staffing professional to support travel nurse and allied health placements nationwide. In this role, you'll manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, assist with credentialing, and match clinicians to short-term assignments at hospitals and healthcare facilities. You'll collaborate closely with a mission-driven, remote-friendly team, deliver excellent service to clinicians and clients, and drive timely, accurate staffing solutions while learning and growing in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen travel nurses and allied health professionals for nationwide assignments

• Coordinate interviews, offers, and assignment details with clinicians and clients

• Support credentialing and compliance documentation in partnership with internal teams

• Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking and staffing systems

• Communicate regularly with clinicians to ensure a positive staffing experience

• Collaborate with team members to meet placement timelines and client needs

• Monitor assignment progress and address basic issues or escalations

• Contribute to process improvements in recruiting and staffing workflows Required Skills
