Integration Program Manager

Vantor seeks a Constellation Integration Program Manager to lead complex software and data integration initiatives for modern web and cloud solutions. You'll own program delivery from discovery through rollout, aligning client goals with technical roadmaps, APIs, and data flows. Partnering with engineering and stakeholders, you'll coordinate agile teams, manage dependencies and risk, and ensure scalable, secure architectures. You'll promote integration standards, automation, and reusability while communicating progress clearly and driving measurable results in a collaborative, low-ego culture focused on learning and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Constellation integration programs for client software ecosystems

• Translate client business goals into technical integration roadmaps and milestones

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and QADesign, document, and govern integration architectures, APIs, and data flows

• Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets using agile practices

• Establish integration standards, KPIs, and quality benchmarks

• Partner with clients to gather requirements, run demos, and manage expectations

• Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient integrations across cloud environments

• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and reusability of integration components

• Prepare status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership Required Skills
