Inside Sales Representative - Appointment Setter (Construction)

Renewal by Andersen Esler Companies seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to drive appointments and revenue for our window and door replacement services. In this phone-based role, you'll respond to inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations. You will follow a proven sales process, use CRM tools to manage your pipeline, and hit daily and monthly targets. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate interest in window and door replacement services

• Qualify leads and schedule in-home design consultations for outside sales representatives

• Follow a structured inside sales script and process to meet conversion and appointment goals

• Use CRM software to track leads, update records, and manage a personal sales pipeline

• Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to improve lead quality and show rates

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and KPIs

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and setting clear expectations

• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and coaching Required Skills
