Inside Sales Estimating Specialist

Energy Panel Structures Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales/Estimating Specialist to support our structural insulated panel (SIP) and building package sales. Based in Graettinger, IA, this role responds to dealer and builder inquiries, reviews construction plans, prepares accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates, and generates professional quotes. The specialist tracks opportunities in CRM, follows up on bids, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, comfortable reading construction drawings, and motivated to grow in a technical manufacturing sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dealer and builder inquiries for SIPs and building packages

• Review blueprints and construction documents for scope and accuracy

• Prepare detailed material takeoffs and cost estimates

• Generate and deliver professional quotes and proposals

• Track bids, opportunities, and customers in CRM systems

• Follow up on quotes to support closing sales

• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing on specifications and lead times

• Assist with pricing updates and product configurations

• Support inside sales processes and customer service needs
