In-Store Appointment Setter - HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Services

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks an In Store Appointment Setter to engage retail customers and generate leads for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. Based in Memphis, TN, you'll staff an in-store kiosk, start friendly conversations, explain services and promotions, and schedule consultation appointments. You'll input accurate customer data, hit daily and weekly goals, and represent a safety-first, customer-focused culture. Responsibilities

• Engage in-store customers to schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service appointments for ARS-Rescue Rooter.

• Explain ARS-Rescue Rooter services, promotions, and financing options clearly and professionally.

• Capture accurate customer information and enter appointments into scheduling systems.

• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting and conversion goals.

• Collaborate with store management and ARS-Rescue Rooter teams to coordinate events and promotions.

• Maintain a clean, branded booth or display area and ensure marketing materials are stocked.

• Provide excellent customer service, handling basic questions and directing complex inquiries to appropriate staff.

• Follow safety, privacy, and company compliance procedures while interacting with the public.

• Report performance metrics and customer feedback to supervisors regularly.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on services, offers, and customer engagement best practices.
