    An established and highly regarded independent financial advice firm based in Rochester is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join its growing team. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering tailored financial planning and wealth management services to private clients across Kent and the South East.     The Role

    As an IFA Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth delivery of client services throughout the financial planning process. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, liaising with providers and supporting client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Preparing suitability report packs and client documentation

    • Processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection products

    • Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems

    • Liaising with clients, providers and third parties to obtain information and documentation

    • Managing adviser diaries and arranging client meetings

    • Tracking applications and following up outstanding requirements

    • Producing valuations, portfolio information and review packs

    • Ensuring all administration is completed in line with FCA compliance requirements

    Skills & Experience Required

    • Previous experience within an IFA, wealth management or financial services environment

    • Strong understanding of financial planning administration processes

    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

    • Experience using financial services back-office systems and CRM platforms

    • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
