    The Role

    As an IFA Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, helping to deliver a seamless client experience while ensuring the efficient processing of new and existing business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.

    • Preparing client review packs and meeting documentation.

    • Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, retirement planning, and protection.

    • Obtaining policy information, valuations, and fund updates from providers.

    • Managing and maintaining accurate client records on the CRM system.

    • Liaising with clients, providers, and professional introducers.

    • Monitoring and progressing business pipelines to ensure smooth case completion.

    • Preparing documentation for suitability reports and client recommendations.

    • Scheduling client meetings and managing adviser diaries.

    • Assisting with annual reviews and ongoing service requirements.

    • Ensuring all administration is completed in line with FCA and internal compliance standards.

    Skills & Experience Required

    • Previous administration experience within an IFA, Wealth Management, or Financial Planning environment.

    • Understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products.

    • Experience processing new business and servicing existing clients.

    • Strong organisational and time management skills.

    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Experience using back-office systems such as Intelligent Office would be advantageous.
