Job Description
Sky Chefs seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions in a high-volume inflight catering facility. This role manages recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance programs for operations, culinary, and logistics teams. The HR Manager ensures compliance with labor, safety, and aviation standards while supporting a safety-first, service-focused culture. Partnering closely with leadership, this position drives staffing plans, training, engagement, and HR process improvements in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment serving major airline customers worldwide.
Responsibilities

Lead HR operations for a high-volume inflight catering facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and aviation-related labor regulations

Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention for kitchen, logistics, and service teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment

Partner with operations leaders to forecast staffing needs, schedule labor, and support productivity and safety goals

Administer compensation, benefits, and HRIS records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting

Manage performance review processes, coaching managers on feedback, development plans, and corrective action

Drive employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution while supporting a respectful, safety-first culture

Coordinate training on food safety, workplace safety, and company policies in alignment with airline and regulatory standards
