Human Resources Manager
Job Description
PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, a PCC Structurals company, seeks a Human Resources Manager to support a high-precision manufacturing environment producing mission-critical metal components for aerospace and industrial markets. In this on-site role, you will lead plant HR operations, including full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy administration. You will partner closely with operations leadership to support safety-focused, process-driven teams, drive engagement and skills development, and provide data-driven HR insights that enable operational excellence and continuous improvement in a large, stable, global organization.
Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, technical, and salaried roles

Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning and organizational design

Administer HR policies, employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions

Drive performance management, coaching managers on feedback and development

Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and leave management

Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety standards

Support training, skills development, and succession planning programs

Analyze HR metrics (turnover, staffing, attendance) and recommend improvements

Support change management, engagement, and culture-building initiatives

Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records for audits and reporting Required Skills
