Human Resources Labor Relations Student Program

Stellantis is seeking students for a Human Resources Labor Relations Program within its manufacturing operations. In this role, you will support HR and Labor Relations teams on the plant floor, assisting with employee relations, contract interpretation, attendance and performance processes, and HR data reporting. You will help coordinate investigations, support grievance and disciplinary procedures, and participate in engagement and communication initiatives. Working closely with leaders and union partners, you'll gain hands-on experience in HR, labor relations, and manufacturing workplace practices in a fast-paced, global automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support HR and Labor Relations teams within manufacturing facilities

• Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and documentation

• Help interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements and HR policies

• Support grievance, disciplinary, and attendance management processes

• Prepare and maintain HR and labor-related reports and data

• Coordinate employee engagement, communication, and recognition activities

• Collaborate with plant leadership and union representatives on daily HR matters

• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and HR administrative tasks

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to people processes

• Ensure compliance with workplace, labor, and company standards Required Skills
