Human Resources Director

Pressley Ridge seeks a Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy and operations across our trauma-informed behavioral health, foster care, education, and community-based programs. This role oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and HRIS. The Director will champion a collaborative, mission-driven, and inclusive culture; support leaders through coaching and training; and align HR practices with evidence-based, family-centered care. Partner with executive leadership to drive workforce planning, retention, and professional development that help children and families thrive.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of HR strategy aligned with Pressley Ridge's mission and programs.

• Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for multi-site operations.

• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations in a trauma-informed, equitable manner.

• Direct performance management, coaching leaders on feedback, development plans, and accountability.

• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.

• Oversee HRIS, HR data reporting, and metrics to drive decisions on retention and engagement.

• Design and support training, development, and succession planning initiatives across the organization.

• Partner with executive leadership on organizational culture, change management, and DEI efforts.

• Collaborate with program leaders to address HR needs in behavioral health, foster care, and education services.
