HR Supervisor

Koch Foods, a leading poultry processor renowned for its high-quality fresh and frozen products, is seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to support our dynamic human resources team. As an HR Supervisor, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives and uphold our company culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management within the manufacturing sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead HR initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support various HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.

• Work closely with HR management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements and align with industry best practices.

• Manage employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring they are handled fairly and in a timely manner.

• Assist in the development and execution of staff training and development programs.

• Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and hiring costs) to inform necessary changes in HR practices.

• Ensure HR plans align with the organization's mission and business objectives.

Required Skills
