HR Seasonal Staffing Coordinator

Moving Mountains Hospitality LLC seeks an HR Seasonal Staffing Coordinator to support high-volume hiring for luxury vacation home and hospitality roles in Steamboat Springs. In this guest-obsessed, professional, team-focused culture, you'll manage job postings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers for seasonal staff. You'll maintain accurate applicant tracking, support onboarding logistics, and ensure a warm, professional candidate experience. Collaborate with HR and operations leaders to forecast seasonal needs, meet tight timelines, and uphold our luxury service standards in a fast-scaling, mountain-town environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate seasonal hiring for hospitality and property operations roles across luxury vacation homes

• Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support managers through selection and offers

• Maintain accurate applicant tracking, hiring records, and onboarding documentation

• Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, delivering a high-touch experience aligned with brand standards

• Support onboarding and orientation logistics for seasonal staff, including pre-arrival communication

• Partner with HR and operations leaders to forecast seasonal staffing needs and fill roles on tight timelines

• Assist with compliance-related paperwork and adherence to company hiring policies

• Provide regular reporting on hiring progress, key metrics, and seasonal staffing status Required Skills
