    • Create clear, practical guidance and supporting documentation for managers and employees.

    • Contribute to the development of a modern, inclusive, and people-focused HR framework.

    Build Relationships & Drive Engagement

    • Work collaboratively with managers, employees, and key stakeholders.

    • Deliver clear communications to drive engagement and understanding.

    • Provide expert guidance on policies and associated HR processes.

    Champion Continuous Improvement

    • Develop toolkits, resources, FAQs, and guidance materials.

    • Support training sessions and workshops across the organisation.

    • Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

You'll be a confident HR professional who enjoys balancing operational delivery with project-based work.

    • Excellent written communication and policy drafting skills.

    • Strong organisational and project management capabilities.

    • Confident communicator with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

    • Ability to work independently while building strong working relationships.
