    People Project Manager

    Location: Warrington (Hybrid Working) Contract: Fixed-Term Contract Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits

    We're looking for an experienced People Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of complex people-focused projects within a large, fast-paced organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives on managing transformation, organisational change and business-critical projects that have a real impact.

    You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, HR teams and business leaders to ensure people considerations are effectively embedded into key change programmes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the people aspects of organisational change and transformation projects.

    • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, risks and objectives are effectively managed.

    • Support and deliver TUPE transfers, restructures and organisational design initiatives.

    • Lead employee consultation processes and stakeholder engagement activities.

    • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law considerations.

    • Partner with HR specialists and business leaders to deliver successful project outcomes.

    • Identify and mitigate people-related risks throughout project lifecycles.

    • Ensure change programmes are implemented smoothly and in line with business objectives.

    About You

    We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:

    • Proven experience delivering HR or People projects within a complex organisation.

    • Strong knowledge of employment law, organisational change and employee relations.

    • Experience leading TUPE transfers, restructures and consultation processes.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

    • The ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organisation.

    • Strong project management capabilities with a structured and organised approach.

    • CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
