HR Coordinator

Century Distribution Systems, a global logistics and supply chain leader, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support our growing, international workforce. In this role, you will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, HRIS data, and employee records while assisting with benefits, leave tracking, and performance processes. You'll prepare HR reports, ensure compliance documentation is complete, and partner with managers across global teams. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys problem-solving, cross-cultural collaboration, and helping build a high-performing, people-focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end HR processes including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee records for U.

• S. and global teams

• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, prepare HR reports, and track key people metrics for leadership

• Support benefits administration, leave tracking, and respond to employee HR inquiries

• Assist with performance review cycles, training logistics, and compliance documentation

• Collaborate with operations and logistics leaders to align HR support with business needs

• Help organize engagement initiatives that reinforce Century's collaborative, customer-focused culture
