HR Business Partner

B. Braun, a global leader in healthcare products and infusion therapy, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its biotechnology and pharmaceuticals operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, driving performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will lead workforce planning, support talent acquisition, and guide performance and development processes. Leveraging HR analytics, you'll inform decisions on retention and structure, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support change initiatives that reinforce B. Braun's culture of safety, innovation, and continuous learning. Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.

• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition support, and succession planning for key roles.

• Drive performance management, coaching leaders on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.

• Manage employee relations, ensuring fair, compliant, and timely resolution of issues.

• Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions on engagement, retention, and organizational design.

• Support change management initiatives to strengthen culture, safety, and innovation.

• Collaborate with COEs on compensation, benefits, and learning programs.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives aligned with company values.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and employee growth.
