HR Business Partner
Job Description
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an organisation in its search for an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a varied generalist position offering the opportunity to support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to wider people initiatives and business objectives.
DAY TO DAY:

Providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, grievance and wellbeing.

Supporting recruitment and selection activity, including advertising, screening, interviewing and preparing offers.

Managing the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience.

Developing and implementing HR initiatives that support engagement, learning, development and wider business goals.

Supporting performance management, career development and succession activity across the organisation.

Contributing to the development and review of HR policies, procedures and people practices.

Supporting contractual and employee relations discussions while ensuring compliance with current UK employment legislation.

Maintaining accurate employee records across HR and document management systems and ensuring GDPR requirements are met.

Preparing, checking and reporting payroll and time and attendance information in line with monthly deadlines.

Keeping knowledge of relevant payroll requirements, employment legislation and HR best practice up to date.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-
Previous experience in a broad HR generalist, HR Business Partner or HR advisory role.

A strong and current understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice

The ability to balance responsive operational support with longer-term HR projects and initiatives.

A proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach, with sound judgement and discretion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships at all levels.

Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Experience using HR, payroll or time and attendance systems would be advantageous .
Salary - up to £55,000 per anum depending on experience
