HR Advisor Multi-Site Business Services Organisation Permanent Up to 40,000 Slough
The Bukola Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading business services organisation with a large, diverse and multi-site workforce to recruit a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-focused business where you will play a key role in supporting managers across multiple locations on a broad range of employee relations matters and people initiatives.
Working as part of an established HR team, you'll be responsible for managing a varied employee relations caseload, coaching managers, supporting organisational change, and ensuring a fair and consistent approach to people management across the business.
This role would suit a confident HR professional who enjoys working in operational environments, thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships, and has a passion for delivering practical and commercially focused HR solutions in a multi-site, unionised environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, flexible working requests, redundancies and dispute resolution.

Provide prompt and professional HR advice to managers on employee relations matters and employment legislation.

Coach and support managers in handling people issues confidently and effectively.

Review case documentation, evidence and correspondence to ensure procedural compliance and minimise risk.

Draft HR correspondence and support managers through formal meetings and hearings where required.

Analyse people data, monitor trends and provide recommendations to support business decision-making.

Assist with organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and TUPE activity.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Support wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

Previous experience in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations-focused position.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Experience managing complex employee relations casework from start to finish.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to manage a high-volume and varied caseload within a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Highly Desirable
-
Experience managing employee relations casework within a multi-site organisation.

Exposure to TUPE processes and organisational change activity.

Experience working with Trade Unions.

Previous experience within multi-site Facilities Management, Business Services, Cleaning, Security, Hospitality, Logistics or other operationally-led environments.

CIPD Level 5 qualification.
