Holiday Fundraising Support

Alsum Farms & Produce Inc., a leading global IT firm, seeks Holiday Fundraising Support to assist seasonal fundraising and donor engagement campaigns. In this role, you will update donor records in CRM systems, prepare targeted email lists, support digital campaigns, and generate basic reports to track pledge status and contributions. You'll coordinate schedules, respond to donor inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up. Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of seasonal holiday fundraising campaigns

• Maintain and update donor and prospect data in CRM and spreadsheets

• Prepare segmented donor lists for email and digital outreach

• Generate basic performance and contribution reports for leadership

• Respond to donor inquiries via email and phone with timely follow-up

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and campaign timelines with internal teams

• Assist with creation and formatting of donor-facing materials and messages

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and flag issues or opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and marketing teams to streamline tools and processes

• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with policies Required Skills

• CRM/database management (Salesforce or similar)

• Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, filtering)

• Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)

• Data entry and data quality control

• Basic data analysis and reporting

• Fundraising campaign coordination

• Donor communication and customer service

• Document creation (Word, Google Docs)

• Project scheduling and task tracking

• Basic knowledge of fundraising metrics (conversion, retention, ROI)
