Health Care Staffing Associate

Action Health Staffing is seeking a Health Care Staffing Associate to support scheduling and placement of caregivers in hospitals, clinics, and home care across North Carolina. In this role, you'll match nurses and aides to open shifts, confirm credentials, maintain accurate records, and communicate with clients and caregivers by phone and email. Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and placement of caregivers for hospital, clinic, and home care assignments across North Carolina

• Screen applicants, verify credentials, and assist with onboarding and compliance documentation

• Support caregivers with assignment details, schedule changes, and troubleshooting staffing issues

• Maintain accurate staffing records in scheduling systems and update availability and shift coverage

• Communicate with client facilities to confirm needs, fill open shifts, and ensure service quality

• Assist with timekeeping, timesheet collection, and basic payroll or billing-related information

• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email to caregivers and client partners

• Collaborate with the office team to meet staffing goals and respond quickly to urgent staffing requests Required Skills
