Health & Wellness Manager

Career Systems Development Corporation seeks a Health & Wellness Manager to lead student wellness initiatives at our Job Corps center. In this role you will design and coordinate health, wellness, and prevention programs that support young adults' physical, emotional, and social well-being. You will oversee screenings, referrals, and health education workshops; track outcomes and maintain compliance with Job Corps and regulatory standards; and collaborate with counseling, residential, and academic staff. This position blends direct student engagement with program management in a mission-driven, student-centered environment focused on accountability, respect, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate health and wellness programs for Job Corps students.

• Coordinate health screenings, referrals, and prevention initiatives across the center.

• Provide health education workshops and one-on-one coaching to support student well-being.

• Ensure compliance with Job Corps, federal, state, and local health and safety requirements.

• Collect and analyze wellness data, prepare reports, and recommend program improvements.

• Collaborate with counseling, residential, and academic staff on integrated student support.

• Develop wellness policies, procedures, and outreach materials that promote a healthy campus culture.

• Train and support staff in wellness-related practices and crisis response protocols.

• Manage program resources, schedules, and partnerships with community health providers.

• Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, accountability, and student-centered support.
