    Financial Planner - Cornwall & Devon

    Remote-Based Truro Hub Up to £76,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

    A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner to join a growing wealth management firm, inheriting a high-quality client bank while benefiting from significant new business opportunities across Cornwall and Devon.

    This home-based role offers an established portfolio of approximately 110 households and £45m AUM , allowing you to focus on delivering excellent financial planning advice and developing long-term client relationships.

    What's on Offer?

    • Up to £76,000 basic salary

    • Client bank of 110 households and £45m AUM

    • 3.5x validation target

    • 70% recurring income from inherited clients during validation, reducing to 25% post-validation

    • 45% on all new business written

    • Full paraplanning and administration support

    • Exclusive regional marketing exposure through a local radio partnership across Cornwall and Devon

    • Remote working with occasional travel to Truro and client meetings The Role

    • Manage and develop an established portfolio of clients.

    • Deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments, retirement and protection planning.

    • Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for additional business.

    • Generate growth through referrals and professional introducer relationships.

    • Maintain excellent client outcomes and regulatory standards.

    About You

    • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum).

    • CAS status and current SPS holder.

    • Proven experience as a Financial Planner.

    • Strong relationship management and business development skills.

    • Chartered status preferred, although Diploma-qualified advisers working towards Chartered will be considered.
