• £42,000-£60,000 basic - Diploma qualified

• £55,000-£75,000 basic - Chartered

• £400 monthly car allowance

• Uncapped earnings - top advisers earning £200k+

• Most advisers earning £100k+ within 2-3 years

• Existing client bank available from day one

• Client meetings at home, business premises or virtually

• Full paraplanning, administration and marketing support

• Strong focus on professional, high-quality financial planning

• Modern technology and digital client engagement You'll provide holistic financial advice, manage ongoing client relationships, develop new business and help clients achieve their financial goals.

You'll need the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or an FCA-approved equivalent , together with strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
