The role involves looking after an existing client bank covering the Herefordshire area. The nearest local office is Bristol It is the opportunity to join a progressive, forward thinking, growing business, working as part of a close knit team, with excellent support and development opportunities. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, forward looking Wealth Management business, who are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner. Level 4 Diploma is preferred but not essential, so long as you are studying towards it. You will be supporting a team of 3 High Net Worth Advisers, providing research and report writing support, along with support from an Administrator. If you have a bright personality, are driven and passionate about Paraplanning then this role will ideally suit you. Key Requirements - Proven experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or financial planning environment - Diploma-level qualification (or be actively working towards it) - Strong technical knowledge across areas such as retirement planning, tax, investments and estate planning - Excellent report-writing skills, with experience producing a wide range of suitability reports - Confidence using research and back-office systems, - A high level of attention to detail and a structured, organised approach to your work - Strong communication skills and the confidence to explain complex ideas clearly Your application will also be considered even if you do not possess all of the above, but could demonstrate competence with the majority, provided you can quickly possess the skills required with full support.
