Exit Programme/Project Manager (Exit & Transition) needed for a 3-4 Month Rolling Contract based in London or Newbury (Hybrid) 2 to 3 days per week . Start ASAP ideally October 2026.

Paying up to £(Apply online only)/day (Outside IR35).

Working with a global IT Consultancy Exit Project/Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end transition and exit of services.

The role will be accountable for Planning, Governance, Contractual Compliance, Stakeholder Management, knowledge transfer, Service Transition, Operational handover . Desirable Experience managing SIAM or multi-supplier environments.

Ideally start in October 2026. This is a chance to work with an established globally recognised Digital, IT and Network Services Consultancy.

Key skills and experience:

• Previous experience leading large-scale Managed Service exits or service transitions .

• Demonstrable experience acting as an Exit Manager, Transition Manager or Senior Programme Manager.

• Experience delivering complex contractual transitions valued £10m+.

• Strong governance, planning and risk management capability.

• Experience working with multiple suppliers and customer organisations.

• Experience managing knowledge transfer and operational handover activities.

• Commercial and contractual awareness.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
