ERP Support Specialist

Hartzell Propeller seeks an ERP Support Specialist II to support and enhance our enterprise systems in a precision manufacturing environment. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve ERP incidents, configure workflows, and partner with production, supply chain, and finance teams to improve business processes. You will develop reports and queries, ensure data accuracy, and assist with upgrades, testing, and user training. Working in a culture focused on safety, quality, and innovation, you'll help drive continuous improvement and reliability across our global aviation operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ERP application support to manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and other business users

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve ERP incidents, documenting root causes and preventive actions

• Configure ERP modules, workflows, and user settings to support evolving business needs

• Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support operations, finance, and management

• Support ERP upgrades, patches, and new module implementations through testing and validation

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across ERP modules, coordinating corrections with business owners

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve business processes using ERP capabilities

• Create and maintain user documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures for ERP processes

• Deliver user training and coaching to enhance ERP adoption and effective system use

• Participate in continuous improvement, leveraging ERP data to drive safety, quality, and efficiency gains Required Skills
