Employment Consultant

ADEC INC. seeks an Employment Consultant to support hiring and career development within its world-class dental equipment manufacturing operations. In this role, you will source, screen, and guide candidates into roles that match A-dec's people-first, quality-driven culture. You'll collaborate with managers to define staffing needs, coordinate interviews and offers, support onboarding, and advise on internal mobility. This position helps strengthen talent pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and ensure the workforce supports A-dec's mission of improving oral healthcare worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide employment counseling and job placement support to candidates seeking roles in manufacturing and related operations at A-dec

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment and staffing plans

• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and A-dec's culture and values

• Coordinate and streamline the hiring process, including offers, onboarding, and documentation compliance

• Track and report key talent acquisition metrics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality

• Build relationships with community organizations, schools, and workforce programs to develop talent pipelines

• Advise managers and employees on career development, internal mobility, and training opportunities Required Skills
