Employee Experience & Engagement Manager

Sky Chefs seeks an Employee Experience & Engagement Manager to strengthen culture and retention in our inflight catering operations. You will design and deliver engagement strategies for kitchen, logistics, and support teams, including surveys, focus groups, recognition, and wellness programs. Partnering with HR and operations leaders, you'll analyze data, drive action plans, support onboarding and internal communications, and coach managers to create a safe, service-focused, high-performance environment that meets aviation and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee engagement programs tailored to inflight catering and kitchen operations

• Lead surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels to measure employee experience across shifts and locations

• Analyze engagement data and partner with HR and operations leaders to develop action plans

• Coordinate recognition, wellness, and appreciation initiatives for frontline and support teams

• Support onboarding and internal communications to reinforce culture, safety, and service standards

• Coach managers on engagement best practices, change management, and effective communication

• Track and report key engagement metrics and recommend continuous improvements

• Collaborate with safety, training, and HR teams to align programs with aviation and food safety requirements Required Skills
