Electronics Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electronic and IT hardware issues at component and device level.

• Perform soldering, rework, and testing to restore functionality and meet quality standards.

• Use diagnostic tools and schematics to troubleshoot complex electronic problems.

• Document repair activities, parts used, and test results in ticketing systems.

• Collaborate with software, support, and operations teams to resolve client issues.

• Maintain ESD, safety, and cleanliness standards in the repair workspace.

• Support continuous improvement of repair processes and turnaround times.
