Drain and Sewer Sales Advisor - Plumbing Services

Boston Standard / New England Ductless is seeking a Drain/Sewer Sales Advisor to meet with residential customers, diagnose drain and sewer issues, and recommend tailored repair or replacement solutions. You'll perform on-site assessments, support camera inspections, prepare detailed proposals, and close sales while coordinating closely with our plumbing and drain crews. This customer-facing role blends technical know-how with consultative selling. Responsibilities

• Meet with residential customers to assess drain and sewer issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options

• Perform on-site inspections, basic diagnostics, and camera evaluations to support sales recommendations

• Prepare clear, accurate proposals and close sales for drain, sewer, and related plumbing services

• Educate homeowners on scope of work, pricing, financing options, and long-term maintenance solutions

• Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project scheduling and handoff

• Maintain detailed records of leads, estimates, and closed jobs in the company CRMAchieve monthly sales targets while upholding company pricing, safety, and quality standards

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and follow-up needs promptly

• Participate in ongoing product, code, and technical training to stay current on best practices

• Represent Boston Standard / New England Ductless professionally in the field and within the community Required Skills
