Digital Merchandise & Inventory Coordinator - Software & Technology Products

You will help maintain digital product catalogs, track software licenses, and coordinate inventory for tech solutions. Responsibilities include updating SKUs, validating data accuracy, assisting with purchase orders, and supporting vendor and internal team communications. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate digital product catalogs and SKUs for software and tech solutions

• Track software licenses, renewals, and inventory levels across systems

• Perform detailed data entry and validation in spreadsheets and inventory tools

• Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and reconciliations

• Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams on merchandise availability and updates

• Coordinate with vendors on product details, pricing, and delivery status

• Generate routine inventory and merchandise status reports

• Identify data discrepancies and work with teams to resolve issues

• Support process improvements to streamline merchandise and inventory workflows Required Skills
