Customer Sales Representative

As a Customer Sales Representative at Spectrum, you will connect customers with internet, TV, mobile, and voice solutions that fit their needs. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Spectrum internet, TV, mobile, and voice services

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Spectrum packages and upgrades

• Meet or exceed monthly sales, retention, and revenue targets

• Accurately process orders, changes, and account updates in CRM systems

• Educate customers on product features, pricing, and promotional offers

• Resolve basic billing and service questions or route complex issues appropriately

• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Adhere to call quality, compliance, and data privacy standards

• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to share best practices
