Job Description
Procter & Gamble is seeking a Communications Director, Workplace Reputation & Internal Communications to lead strategies that strengthen employee trust and brand reputation in a manufacturing environment. You will design and execute internal communication plans, partner with senior leaders, support change initiatives, and manage issues communications. You'll oversee content for town halls, intranet, and campaigns that engage a diverse workforce, using data and feedback to refine messaging. Collaborating across HR, Operations, and Corporate Communications, you'll ensure consistent, clear narratives aligned with P&G's values, culture, and business goals.
Responsibilities

Lead internal communication strategy to strengthen workplace reputation across P&G's manufacturing operations

Develop and execute communication plans for major initiatives, change programs, and issues management

Partner with senior leaders to craft clear narratives, speeches, and messages for diverse employee groups

Oversee internal channels including intranet, town halls, newsletters, and digital campaigns

Use data, surveys, and analytics to measure communication effectiveness and adjust strategies

Ensure messaging aligns with P&G's culture, values, and global brand reputation
