Career Development Manager

Barringer Construction seeks a Career Development Manager to design and lead career growth programs for our global IT and software teams. You will build career paths, assess skills, and coordinate training to support advancement in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Partnering with leaders, you'll align development plans with business goals, manage mentoring initiatives, and track outcomes using data. Ideal candidates bring strong talent management or L&D experience, excellent coaching skills, and a passion for helping technical professionals grow their careers.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage career development frameworks for technical and non-technical roles

• Assess skills and create individualized development and career path plans

• Coordinate and evaluate training, workshops, and learning programs

• Partner with leaders to align talent development with business priorities

• Launch and oversee mentoring and coaching initiatives

• Use data and metrics to track program effectiveness and recommend improvements

• Support performance and succession planning processes

• Communicate growth opportunities and resources to employees

• Collaborate with HR on talent reviews and development strategies
