Autograph Recruitment is working with a growing organisation looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join its commercial team.

You don t need experience within a specific industry. We re simply looking for someone who has successfully sold a service , enjoys speaking with new clients and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term business.

This is a genuine new-business role, so you ll need to be comfortable approaching prospective clients, building relationships with decision-makers and managing the sales process through to completion.

What you ll be doing

• Identifying and approaching new prospective clients

• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers

• Understanding clients needs and presenting the right service

• Managing the full sales cycle, from initial conversation to closing the deal

• Preparing proposals and delivering engaging presentations

• Developing a strong pipeline of new opportunities

• Working closely with internal teams to ensure new clients receive an excellent service

What we re looking for

• Experience selling a service within any industry

• A proven ability to generate and win new business

• A confident, engaging and personable approach

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• The motivation to manage your own pipeline and achieve targets

• A proactive attitude and genuine appetite for business development
