Business Development Manager - Compressors Up to 55,000 DOE + Company Car + Benefits Based anywhere in the UK Nationwide travel

We're working with an established international compressor manufacturer looking for a Business Development Manager to develop new business and grow customer accounts across the UK.

The company supplies specialist air and gas compressors, from standard equipment to bespoke engineered systems, supporting customers across industrial, marine, offshore and defence markets.

The Role

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UK.

• Develop relationships with end users, OEMs and key decision-makers.

• Understand customer applications and work with engineering teams to propose suitable compressor solutions.

• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry and technical discussions through to quotation, negotiation and order.

• Grow existing accounts while maintaining an active pipeline of new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Previous compressor sales experience is essential.

• A proven track record in business development, technical sales or account management.

• Strong technical understanding and confidence discussing customer requirements.

• Experience with high-pressure air or gas compressors would be advantageous.

• A proactive approach, strong commercial awareness and willingness to travel throughout the UK.

The Package

• Basic salary up to 55,000 , depending on experience.
