Financial Plus Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a member-focused team in delivering exceptional service and driving branch growth. The Branch Manager oversees daily operations, staff coaching, and performance, ensuring a welcoming, efficient environment for members. This role manages sales and service goals for deposits, loans, and memberships while maintaining strict compliance, risk management, and audit standards. The Branch Manager builds community relationships, supports financial education, and partners across the credit union to enhance products, services, and digital banking experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, staffing, and scheduling

• Lead, coach, and develop branch team to meet performance goals

• Drive deposit, loan, and membership growth through sales and referrals

• Ensure exceptional member service and resolve complex member issues

• Manage branch compliance, risk, and audit readiness

• Analyze branch performance metrics and create action plans

• Collaborate with lending, operations, and marketing teams

• Represent the credit union at community and outreach events

• Safeguard branch assets, cash control, and security procedures
