Bookkeeper- Carryduff- Maternity Contract

Reed Recruitment are delighted to be working with a thriving and successful organisation with offices based in Carryduff. Our client has a new vacancy for an experienced Office Manager/ Assistant Accountant to join their team to cover a period of maternity.

This is a full-time role for a period of 9 months, and the successful applicant will be required to complete the following duties:

• Processing weekly payroll, including maintaining holiday entitlement records for all employees ( circa 40 employees)

• Purchase ledger invoice processing

• Liaising with suppliers and managing queries

• Payment runs

• Managing debt collection and ensuring customer accounts remain up to date

• Processing online banking transactions and recording payments and receipts on Sage

• Assisting with online bookings and purchases as required

• Providing general administrative support across the business Essential Criteria

• Previous experience in a payroll, accounts or finance administration role

• Experience in Sage Accounts

• A minimum of three years' experience completing the above job duties

• Available to start at short notice Benefits

• Competitive salary of up to £34,000 dependent on experience

• Full-time hours, Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

• In office role with parking
