Bank Loan Servicing Manager

Availa Bank is seeking a Bank Loan Servicing Manager to lead daily servicing operations for consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans. You will oversee a small team handling payment processing, escrow administration, payoff requests, lien releases, and document tracking while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. This role partners closely with lending, treasury, and branch staff to resolve complex servicing issues and support relationship-based banking. You will implement process improvements, monitor risk and performance metrics, support audits and exams, and help deliver responsive, community-focused service to borrowers across our Iowa markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day loan servicing operations for consumer, mortgage, and commercial portfolios.

• Supervise and develop loan servicing staff, setting priorities and monitoring performance.

• Oversee payment processing, escrow analysis, payoff requests, and lien releases.

• Ensure accuracy of loan data, documentation, and collateral records in core banking systems.

• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, loan policies, and investor/agency requirements.

• Partner with lenders, branches, and treasury to resolve complex servicing issues.

• Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.

• Monitor servicing metrics, identify risks, and implement process improvements.

• Respond to borrower inquiries with timely, relationship-focused service.

• Contribute to community-focused initiatives aligned with Availa Bank's mission.
